- Work performed will improve public park, recreation and/or open space facilities,
- Youth must meet the at-risk youth definition adopted by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on August 20, 2002, utilizing the implementation instructions relating to the definition of at-risk youth. The Agency will provide program records such as names, rate of pay and hours worked, and
- Youth participants will be referred for career development services through Workforce Investment Act funded agencies or receive equivalent services.
